1.) How can I pay for the medications that I ordered?
Only VISA cards are accepted when paying for our medications online.
2.) What is the mode of delivery for the ordered medications?
We normally deliver using DHL or FEDEX services.
3.) How long does it take for the medicines to arrive?
Shipping period for any of the ordered medications would be between 4 to 7 days after placing medication orders. A tracking ID is given after placing orders to ensure proper delivery of medications.
4.) Can I make one payment for multiple orders?
Yes, if all the ordered medications is billed under one credit card name. Otherwise, one order per credit card transaction only.
5.) Can I order any prescription medications based from personal choice?
No. You have to get an approval from any of our in house doctors before pushing through with your order (s). The doctor may then approve/adjust your medications based from your current medical condition.
6.) If I wish to cancel any of my orders, what should I do?
Contact us and inform your assigned physician regarding the cancellation of your medications. The physician will then cancel your order depending on his/her assessment.
7.) How would I know if my order is valid?
You have to get the doctor's approval in order to continue with your order transaction(s). Otherwise, your order of medications will not be valid.
8.) What should I do upon receiving the medications?
Remember to sign your name upon receiving your order for proof that it has been delivered to you safe and damage-free.
9.) Is there any exchange policies or money back offers in ordering medications?
No. There is no money back offer and no exchange policies.
